WORK EXPERIENCE

As the CH Assistant I worked as a member of the IT Training team at the hospital that is pictured above. I assisted on a project to merge patient records from an old electronic medical record system to a new one. To do this I reviewed spreadsheets with patient information as well as checked their files in the medical databases to find evidence of them either being the same person or different people. Along with this I created training materials for other trainers to help expedite the process of them being able to train the newly hired doctors and nurses. I also created information boards for the providers about the new electronic medical record system in the hospital and updates these boards as new updates for the electronic medical record system came out.
